Hipps Parents File Lawsuits for Wrongful Death and Personal Injury

The parents of deceased Clemson student Tucker Hipps filed a lawsuit for wrongful death on Monday, March 30th. The Hipps parents are filing against Clemson University; Hipps' former fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon; and three students. These students are Thomas Carter King, Campbell T.
